Is there a way to have Naval Units be captured and used by the Victor Civ, like Workers? I Dont Know of an Wars that happened in this time period that did that, but, like the Vichy Navy in WWII How the ships were interned, and the Germans Made plans to use, or convert them...Anybody Understand...
