I seem to be having a problem with video drivers...the game used to work...until I downloaded some new ones, now the terrain (even with the worldbuilder work-around) looks like someone's taken a paper shredder to it! I guess I need to revert to the old drivers (or at least its worth a try)...

ok, I can plant a spy and steal plans and look at others' units an' stuff, but why cant I propaganda the cities I want to "culture flip"? When I click on the initiate propaganda button all the AI's cities are greyed out and I cant choose "safe" "immediate" etc. My spy is always "regular"...
