    Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

Where did you get Eva Perón as a leader? That's quite bizarre. I always thought San Martín would be a great leader for Civ. I can imagine his bonus being something related to the liberation of colonies.

Is the Old/New world game set-up option broken?

The same happens to me since the last patch, although I haven't tried the new world, so I don't know if it's the same kind of map or if it's even hillier.

    Modern Armor or Mech Infantry?

Since the strength gap that existed between these two units in Civ V (MA=100 - MI=90) is gone, which one do you tend to go for? Please justify your answer.

Your Experience Starting New Game with Spring 2017 Patch

Loved your reviews. Can't wait to try the new patch!

    VALETTA loves you!

I don't think that being able to purchase walls with faith takes away your ability to build them. The same way as theocracy lets you purchase units with faith but still leaving you with the possibility to train them in your cities and encampments. The suzerain bonus reads as follow: "Allows the...

    Is Logistics underrated?

Love Logistics. Specially for it's flexibility: you can use it for times of war as much as times of peace. When the time to fight has come, the +1 movement is really helpful in positioning your army quickly and efficiently, and allows your melee units to move one tile and then attack an enemy on...

    Strategic resources?

You mean Hattusa, but their suzerain bonus is to provide you with one copy of each strategic resource you have revealed but do not own.

    Early Wars

Archers, at least three of them. And, obviously, a warrior. Even if the city has walls, in the early game, with three archers and a melee unit you can capture it without a problem. A little later, but still in the ancient era, I will use a battering ram, an incredibly useful and often neglected...

Whe will we get a pure science Civ and science focused civs?

Sumeria has a mild science focus. But, while their military is very powerful in the Ancient Era, I've seen an Informatic Era Sumeria without ANY military units (we're talking Deity difficulty here): Gilgamesh was ONLY focusing on completing the space projects. The thing is that he only had...

    Is religion worth it?

Yeah, it's not necessary to have a religion to spam some cool military units, and it is more efficient not to buy apostles, missionaries or inquisitors, and save faith for great people. But knowing how methodical deity games are, to be able to do things that you wouldn't normally do is just...

    Is religion worth it?

You don't need a religion, just a theocratic government. But if one of the beliefs on your religion (nihilism, in my case) is Crusades, which gives your units +10 strength when fighting on a foreign city that follows your religion, you have a very good motivation for buying apostles or...

Has anyone seen the AI complete the Mars space project?

I know what you mean Lethal, in Civ V I also liked longlasting matches. Emperor/Immortal, marathon, huge pangea/continents with about 30 civs. The diplomatic disputes where brutal! I miss the world congress... And the unhappiness brought on by having a government that your people didn't want...

Has anyone seen the AI complete the Mars space project?

Nice, maybe I'll try it. In my experience so far, I've rarely used my spies for sabotaging the enemy's space ports. I suspect that some mechanism in the game makes the AI reluctant to start working on the final space project. Perhaps it's the fact that "there is no gain" to it, except winning...

Has anyone seen the AI complete the Mars space project?

Intense match you have right there. Sounds fun. Good luck and enjoy! Cool info about science VC, but the only VC I ever turn off is the Time one.

(Poll) Do you build an aqueduct for cities that have access to fresh water ?

If I do, it's only for the eureka for military engineering. So it depends on the circumstances.
