Does anyone know what is causing my Civ4 to idle for about 90 seconds when I launch the game? It stops when it says 'initializing engine' and task manager shows it is not responding. It eventually boots to the game, but why is this idling only happening with my Radeon 9800? :confused: My Ti4200...
