    Multiplayer Help Please

    Me and 2 other friends have been trying to play a lan game recently. We all have Civ 3 Conquests, version 1.22. Whenever we play and get like 10 turns in we get a message that says Out of Sync. We have all tried reinstalling CIV3 and it still is not working =/ Can someone help please?
