Affirmative, KeepRes=1 is what I would add to the bottom of the .ini file, but there is no .ini file in the Conquest folder. How do I put one there?

After getting Civ3 Complete at Steam, I noticed I did not seem to have all my Conquest files. I re-installed Conquest from the cd, but there is still no .ini file. How do I set the game resolution to my usual high resolution setting without an .ini file? I have Windows 7.
