I get it too, when I build a paticular improvement.

I have ht e same problem when i build some selected improvements in my mod. When they get done it crashes to desktop with no error message. I kept the rules and cleared the map and made one city and it will build anything... WTH? This is driving me mad. My pediaicons are good, I know...
