yup - i was able to create an arab leader - as a test, i modified the biq file for murghal to change all references re arab/korea/aztec - so now, when i start the scenario i get a pop up which says
"The Mughals are building the Grand Hareem" and several more, and have logged in as the leader...
its not just the arab but also korean and aztec - i haven't modified the ini's - i am a techie but i do all my damage in databases - normal conquests and the scenarios run fine -
the other games/scenarios work fine but i have had to modify/rename files in the past so this is not a new error and probably one that i complicated by an earlier "fix"
i downlloaded both the scenario and rar again - but still getting the same

sorry, Rambuchan, "ls" is just a listing command, like "dir" - i was just showiing the directories under the path
there are no specific King directories in my Mughal 2/Art/unit directories
so what i tried was to add the casting.wav to all directories which would report failure -
