How nice that babylon is right next to mali and persia... They are there just to deal with all our other civs, but they are the worst against those... There is a forest hill right next to the city(though the odds of us occupying it before they get a worker there is rather slim... Munro...

Choking both civs seems the way to go to me. 60 beakers is about equal to one turn of research, so it costs 2 turns of research on basically all techs total, later techs might be a problem, but it does mean you will get the 15% prereqmod more...

You might wanna link to sisiutils pre-game thread with similar leaders if they are out there.

The early religion seems the most flavourful, you should have chosen leaders who doesn't start with myst and required to get both budhism and hinduism and spread them around, would have made the game more challenging.

On siege against small stacks in the field and on machine guns (which is quite useful as it ignores colleteral from siege weapons, which any player worth his salt will use defensivly (AI won't)) drill is useful. It can also be pretty good on oromo warriors or if you are defending in heavily...
