In my or enemy cities, Instead of something saying which city it is and what it's working on or howmany people are in the city, I just see light blue bars over everything. It still works, but I can't tell which city is which without hovering over it. Help?

Hi everyone. My first Civ experience was playing Civ II at someone's house occasionally. Years later, I heard about Civ III coming out and I thought it was pretty cool. I got it and became addicted. I ended up with all the expansion packs and now I've just recently gotten Civ IV
