ok, i found it and it was of course issue of the Civilization itself. It's ABSOLUTELY necessary to run all the installations like administrator and in my case in Windows XP SP2 copmatibility mode too. Sorry for OT!

Hello i have a crash in Windows 7 x64: It's just after some loading into memory, nothing shown, nor XML loading progress bar.. I have 3days fresh 7 ultimate x64 fully updated.. I didnt found any bug thread here, so iam writing here right now. Dont you know where could be problem? THX!
