For anyone who have this problem. In bug menu (green monster) go to CLOCk and turn off ERA related colour. Thats a solution. :crazyeye::crazyeye::crazyeye:

When era change from MODERN to future tech, UI starts missing. Same when start a new game on era higher than MODERN. No clock, no money, buildings tooltip somwhere under. Resolution change in graphics options does not help either. Its not only mine problem...
