Thanks for the reply. If there is a village nearby, scouts in explore mode tend to converge on it. They could not do that if movement was entirely random.

I bet this one has already been posted. It has happened to me several times. A Scout is between two equidistant villages, heads towards one, then heads towards the other on the next turn. (Civ IV Warlords).:crazyeye:

Hi, I'm Paradigmshift and a Civ IV, Warlords junkie. I'm not too great yet. I've won at the Noble setting maybe a couple of times. Better at the Warlords level. I'm looking for tips on getting better.
