I am using Windows 98SE and I have found that I cannot get mouse support for Civ. I in DOS Mode. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Can anyone help me to speed up my game speed. For regular stuff the speed is fine, however, when it comes to building the speed id definitely snail.
