All the proper LUA folders are deleted. Standard maps (I usually just pick Random). I have all the leader DLC, none of the map packs. I'm using a PC, Win7, DX11. In terms of DLL, I have only one DLL folder (within the csd for cbp module) and i have one .dll file that's in the community patch mod.

Yeah, cleared that out, didn't help, sadly.
