This may come as a surprise to some Americans but there's a lot of the world that isn't the USA and the Pope is head of the worldwide Catholic Church. The idea that Pope Leo XIV was appointed just to spite Trump seems both absurd and arrogant to me.

I'm not saying that the Biden did mishandle the economy, I'm saying that Trump said they did and Harris did nothing to defend the democrats' economic policy.

Looking from the outside it appeared to me that Harris' campaign largely ignored the economy and focused on abortion rights and Trump's inadequacies. Trump may have talked crap but he did at least focus on the Democrats mishandling of the economy and how he would do better.

Is anyone surprised?
