Hi, similar problem to those above: bought Civ IV 'Complete' and installed, allegedly successfully; was getting the d3dx9 error message, fixed that. Now get 'error loading shader libraries' and shuts down. DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904). Please help! Have been unable to waste...
