Hi, Could anybody point a good guide to using governor, please? I don't understand if it does affect city production, or just citizen placement and specialists. Also how would I tell it to do max culture? I have a 20-30 city game now and I feel WORKING :) Regards

I can build pikemen or samurai units which can have City Raider promotion. So I produce those, get them City Raider and then upgrade them to grenadier WITH City Raider. Isn't that too sweet???
