Languages could be introduced, spreading your language much like religion in Civ IV.

propoganda is cool, id like to see arms sales, also being able to build your vassel's unique unit and trade routes which you have to protect or can sabotage. i doubt any of this will be in an expansion, more likely to be civ V here's hoping!

heres a crazy idea how about being able to build your vassels UU so say you are Greece and Russia is your vassel you can build cossacks? do you think this would be possible without upsetting the balance? there doesn't seem to be too many good positives to having a vassel state does there?
