None of what was posted has helped me fix this. The file simply doesn't change anything. I also can no longer select policies.

Actually, I have it in my main civ folder, as it says, but it doesn't replace any game files, what are my next steps?

Trying to use this mod, and it simply doesn't work. Are we supposed to just have it dropped into the main civ folder? It didn't need to overwrite anything, and no matter what I try it simply will not work.

I believe I fixed the +4 food part of it, but I'm not 100% sure.

This is my first mod and is mostly just a test mod, as I'm currently teaching myself how to make mods.
