Well I figured it out and have run into a worse problem. The XML isn't working and upon attempt to uninstall Civ4 vanilla. The Setup.exe encounters a problem and closes (almost word for word). I tried going in and deleting the key but I am not seeing the same key as in the other thread.

I have read that this is the solution in several other threads. Is there a way that I can do a clean sweep of these files to fix this problem?

I have read in several other forums about this problem. Using Vista 64 and have deleted the installshield folder as recommended. Only problem is parts that were in this folder are still showing up and are still being detected even though they aren't there. Also still recieving this error during...
