With the Putin civ mod how exactly does the bordering city states influence work? Is it just having one tile that is directly adjacent to a city state? If so I have that as a case and it's not currently showing as influencing that city state

Hi, new to this forum but long time user of the modded civs, love them! With the release of Normandy it appears that when I set up and attempt to select a civ, my game is blacking out. This doesn't happen if I try other JFD civs (works fine with Hitler etc) and no other mods currently selected...
