    I am always astonished at how easy health problems seem to be solved by others. Even if I stick to merely 5 cities basically I run into health problems that are almost impossible to fully solve without going out of my way an researching stuff that I don't really want.

    Well I had some in my early days, where I neglected building an army until everyone had the strongest units and I actually lost one of my cities (I took revenge by steamrolling my opponents couple o' turns later). But if you have at least some units, position them wisely and don't do anything...

    Can't build Alloy Foundry and there is no reason why

    As you can see in the screenshot below, I don't have an alloy foundy built in that city yet I can't built one despite having a Titanium source in workable range. The advanced tooltip from the Enhanced User Interface mod even tells me the possible yield option but still, the building doesn't show...

    It really could be marsh tiles... take a look at a screenshot from my current game... I got trolled hard. I thought I just placed a coastal city... turns out the coast tiles aren't coast, they are marsh... You can also tell by the yields. Major inconvenience. Fun fact: The advanced tooltip...
