I dont know if that was a sarcastic remark or if your being serious but if you can do it in warlords I dont see why you cant in Civ 4. what I was trying to do was to make a World war III scenario using XX century mod with all of the major civs of today and the xx ccentury mod has all the civs...

thanks for the help but that is a guide to doing it in warlords i dont have warlords i just have civ 4.

Is there anyway to change the max number of players in a game? For example you can only have a max of 18 people in a game can you change that to be 20 or another higher number?
