Hmmmm, thinking maybe SiP here, as i'm gonna go for a more warmongering strategy this game I think, as i'm not very good at it so want to improve. Gonna be playing Noble with Huts as always, and am looking for tips on my warmongering skills this game please.
It'll definitely be interesting to see how this one turns out. Lost interest in the last NC (Washington) for whatever reason, not even sure why. I've had a bit of a rest from Civ now though, so actually getting excited for the next game. And I have the weekend to work on it too!
This is a great idea, and i'd love to get involved with it but I really can't commit that much time to it per day, due to a schedule that is quite busy, and also work I need to do for college. :(
I'm assuming this is direted at me? Would you be able to suggest possible locations for a good commerce/science city? I'm not sure what sort of things you'd need in the BFC for one.
Right, decided this time that i'm going to focus on city placement as the main thing, then maybe another time focus on that AND specialisation. I've already messed specialisation up this game (built barracks where I don't need them, still not even sure what I could specialise some of my cities...
Right, I guess it's time to get started! Playing on Noble, with huts on!
Starting thoughts: SiP for a nice production capital with some good early food (Wet Corn). Moving warrior towards a hut that spawned 2E 1S of the warrior. Also hut spawned 1SW of the Capital, which popped to the tune of 36...
Don't worry, I can take criticism if it helps me improve.

Also, a decision has been made - GAME ABANDONED! I'm starting over. Hopefully with what i've learned, it'll go better this time.
I put in my first post that I was playing on Noble difficulty, with huts and events, but now you've mentioned it it isn't that obvious. I'll go bold it now so it's easier to see. Didn't realise that it wasn't very visible at all until you'd mentioned it so thanks for pointing that out.

Right, time to play 75-100. After the 100th turn the logs won't be as detailed (They are a pain to write, and when I get into wars and stuff later on, and get more cities, I won't be able to keep track of everything without taking 1 hour over each turn. Will still keep some form of a log, but...
