    City health?

It is 10% of max life without the expansion. Probably the same in G&K.

    Best strategy for policy making

If you want a culture victory, I would be using Piety instead of Rationalism, that is what I do when I want cultural victories anyway. Instead of your current strategy, next time you try a cultural victory I would go really tall with 1 or 2 cities and puppet everything you conquer. Fill out...

    Can't defeat a civ

They probably just have a city colonized far far away. By default conquering the last city kills them regardless how many units they have. I don't know why you are even worrying about it though. If you got 2 or 3 of their cities and held them you probably win the game anyway. When an AI...

    Any good early game strategies?

Try not automating workers. Pick which tile you want a new population to go to and lock it there. If you don't want a colonist there then don't bother improving it till you are ready for the colonist. I never played with auto workers to begin with so I don't really have any idea what they do...

    Social Policy

(On prince) I usually start building a worker right away and a settler right after and policy wise go straight for liberty, free settler, then free worker. That can be pretty tough on happiness, but I usually research pottery and the one with plantations right away so its usually doable. I...

    Creating huge city states

    Abuse of open borders?

In the vanilla game without G&K, my troops don't get tossed out when I declare war on a city-state that lets me in. The diplomacy hit is huge, though. I did it two times to city states and right after I took over the second city state that way every last civilization and every last city state...

Rylasasin - I tried to send you an email, hopefully it went through.

MOO1 - Preventing troops from landing

All that matters is how much damage that you can do. The troop transports have hit points just like other ships and you get one shot at them as they are incoming. If you manage to kill them all, then nothing will get through. That is very hard to accomplish most of the time, though. Most of...

    Help me please.

I thought every time that I guessed wrong 3 times it just froze up the game, but I could be misremembering. Try saying what ship it is correctly. You can look that stuff up pretty easily.

    OSG-25 with kyrub's patch (1.40m)

The year to me is not different from any other, but I do know that the lizards started getting massive terraforming technology and the atmospheric terraforming and stuff and they had a lot of people. Raid

    OSG-25 with kyrub's patch (1.40m)

I wish I had been around in those Klackon 6 ship days. Too bad. Anyway, I guess I can't vote for that if it just happened. Kinda makes me want to play a game and beat the Guardian with just 1 Large ship. Out of the two other options presented, I have to say the Darlok one is the one that is...

    OSG-25 with kyrub's patch (1.40m)

The game wouldn't have to be on Impossible difficulty which would make it harder for small forces to conquer planets given that the opponent won't have 1/3 population in missile bases. Also, something like heavy fusion + repulsor beam + automated repair could be a pretty good early game...

    OSG-25 with kyrub's patch (1.40m)

I would prefer something with a little more strategic depth. Those don't strike me as allowing ways to use skill to overcome the drawback. Raid
