Well err yeh i keep getting the same problem, and it seems to be rather random. i'm running a decent 2.8 Ghz P4, 512 RAM and ati radeon 9200pro, so it should run, but very frequently, too frequently i get the mem allocation failiure and it rips the fun out of a game cos you have to play over...
