No games are without bugs despite how much efforts or time have been spent - let's focus on the positive side of things: 3.13 + Bhruic's fix >>>> 3.03 ;p

let's not forget - Firaxis' team has spent much time to provide 3.13 too, despite certain bugs which are inevitable in such huge patches. Having said that great Job definitely, Bhuric (and Solver previously). Respect. Voting For Sticky pls.
