where do i get ver 1.6.4 ??

i have upgraded to civ3 1.29f, where do i find an exe for powerbar. i will download an early version if that is what it takes to use the attachments. i just dont have an exe for powerbar. or am i way off base??

i have upgraded to civ3 1.29f, i am looking for updated powerbar. where do i find one, i will need an exe version or and earlier version so i can download attachments. any help??
