Hi. I bought a retail copy of Civ 5. Loaded it onto my laptop, using stream. I THINK I've logged on ok. BUT. When I look in my account I don't have Civ 5. The only way I can seem to get it is to buy it via a download. Is this right? I thought I'd already got it? What's going on?
