To be more specific about this: out of syncs with transport ships seem to happen most frequently if one selects all transports ships in a tile by holding alt key and clicking.

The multiplayer sometimes seems to go out of sync when loading/unloading troops from any sort of transport ships and even when simply selecting loaded transport ships. Also making towns with pioneers (with mp fix installed) seems to sometimes cause the game to go out of sync. These bugs make...
