And If you are playing Pre-patch version the wealth ratio is doubled and when you research Economics the wealth ratio doubles again and the ratio should be 1:2 wich is pretty good.

I have played elastomania a lot its a great game. I also played Action Supercross wich is the previus version of the elastomania. in Action Supercross i played to the last level wich was too hard for me to accomplish terve on täällä muitakin scandinaviasta:)

Or you can starve and build a settlers in the same turn then population will decrease by two in one turn. and then dispand settlers and buy settlers. this way population decreases pretty fast.

If you put mine, railroad and airport in hills it produces three food and four shields in hills. Airport also icncreaces food production in mountains and deserts. not sure about that desert.In civ2 not civ2 tot.
