I still have the problem with Diplomacy Window, even after adding this fix. Nothing shows there, no buttons, text, whatever. Anyone have same problem? When loading the game to start it, I get an error message about line 657 in the file being wrong... I don't know.

Just installed here and I also have the problem with Diplomacy window. I am downloading this fix you posted in the first post, and will post feedback. BTW- should I just extract the new CIV4DiplomacyInfos file overwriting the original one in the XML folder?
