thanks guys for the answer. another question if I may: how come I can't conduct any other espionage missions than steal tech and investigate city? what about propaganda and such? (yes, I have intelligence center or what it was called again, as well as embassies) Thanks again!

I'm currently playing a 15-opponents game on Civ3. Is it possble to contact more than the 8 civs that you can see in the "circle" or leaders? I've met with all civs but can't seem top contact them at will since there'r nowhere to click. Any suggestions? Thanks!
