I quit my current game, as the further I got into it the more crashes and freezes I was experiencing. I can say it is now unplayable without any hyperbole at all.
I am on Windows 10, without any mods.
In my current game I am playing as the Incas. I took Earth Goddess as a pantheon and built preserves around mountain ranges, which are always breathtaking. That makes mountain tiles well worth working, when they are otherwise fairly lackluster.
When going to buy a unit or building in a city, if you can't afford the item, the cost is dark red on a dark blue background. I find it impossible to read. That's minor and annoying.
I'm getting this bug too from yesterday and a couple of other spy related bugs.
I ran the policy card that lets me choose from any promotion. Long after I stopped using it, I am still choosing any promotion.
I have the Bodyguard of Lies dedication but I am not getting the buff in which spies...

I flipped a whole standard Pangea map. Every last city.
Sadly I had already won a culture victory. However, if that was switched off l would have won a dom victory.
I don’t really know why I chose to do that.
With disaster intensity set to 4, I managed to win in the Modern Era with only one vote for diplomatic points. The high frequency of emergencies did the trick.

My understanding is that any city that flips while subjected to loyalty pressure from COL will flip to Eleanor. She does not need to have the highest loyalty influence.
