I dont have the cache folder for some reason. But what do you mean about the EUI in my DLC folder? What dlc is that. I have them all activated.

Nope. I deleted everything that wasn't part of Vox Populi in order to try and fix the problem.

I've been having this issue for quite some time, I have reinstalled both Civ 5 and Vox Populi more than once, and I have unsubscribed to all mods I have used in the past and tried to boot up the game using only the Vox Populi mods. Whenever I try to start up a came I get like 10 error message...

Tried making a mods folder and installing VP anyways, but it doesnt show up in the mods list in the game.

Ive already reinstalled the game twice, and looked everywhere. The mods are showing up when I go in game, but I cant find the folder which is an issue since I'm trying to download VP. There is no cache nor MODS folder in the games files.
