I have, this afternoon, downloaded and installed Win 10 and it will not play Civ III. The "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer" window opens, I click "yes" and we go back to the new (awful) Win 10 desktop.

I've been playing my first game of DyP and with all patches installed. I'm in the year 299 and get the following error message: - Load Error File Not Found "art\wonder splash\wallstreet pcx" The game will now exit. Any ideas?
