    I don't care if Germany is not represented. I'm European, but I don't think it's necessary to represent even central Europe. I guess that two European Factions are enough :)

    Alien/Progenitors Archeology :) Or Comparative Archeology of the Planet ;) Or Archeobiology of Planet. Maybe this tecnologies would fit for Harmony affinity :) Maybe even Psycho Alien Biology :)

    Franco-Iberia Faction Leader and Info

    I guess Franco-Iberia is who i'm playing first. I always get focused on culture and science, and Franco-Iberia is quite good for this bonus. Then: will the other factions have bonus? They must.
