Hi! I get an error report everytime a player is conquering a city. Effect: no tech is acquired after conquering an enemy city (at least not when I conquer an AI city).

Hi! I don't know why, but I have problems with the download link. If i try to download your mod (I MUST HAVE IT!!), the download stops after having downloaded the half file. Do only I suffer from this problem?
