Running into a few issues: 1. City states and Ancient Ruins don't show up. At all. I'm only using CP, CBP and the related compatibility files (EUI, CSD, Civ4D) + More luxuries. 2. Are resources supposed to be really scarce with the CP? I scouted an entire 8p Pangaea for testing purposes...
