Got it fixed.. third reinstall.. cleaned up my comp entirely.. and now everything runs fine

Hi.. Im new to this forum... and in need of some serious help... I have just installed BTS and updated everything.. like graphics, directx.. and all the game updates in the correct order.. to not ruin anything.. and here goes.. When i start up the graphics is all messed up.. can anyone tell...
