Ok I _think_ I have a fix: In your C:\Windows\System32\ folder there are three files... "D3dx9_24.dll" "D3dx9_25.dll" and "D3dx9_27.dll" Copy these to your desktop or somewhere and dont lose them.. delete them from your system32 folder.. Next, get the latest full dx9 redistributable...
