Well, it's good to see I'm not the only one with this problem. Hopefully someone who knows a fix for this sees this thread.

This is probably my fourth or five time re-installing. I've even disabled every background application while doing so as well, if that helps.

I have searched for fixes for this problem, but nothing I found quite fit the exact problem I was having with this game, or if it did I was unable to find an adequate solution. I have Civilization III Complete. Both of the expansions (Conquests and Play The World) work perfectly, but when trying...
