    I know you are not looking for fixes. But did you try copying the entire cd to your harddrive and run the installation from there? Try it if you haven't and see if it works out

    Civ4 - palace screen - maybe in future patch?

    The manual also mention a 'palace view' button should be in the top right corner of the screen. I guess they didnt have time to implement it. yet another reason to think the game was rushed

    Civ4 is NOT recommended for over-sensitive geeks.

    I once had ghandi as my neighbour civ. and every other civ was ganging up on him and taking his cities one at a time. I felt so sorry for the old man, i gave him some free tech and gold :lol:
