Does religion have much of an impact in the Modern age? I feel like with how limited the current implementation is, one more city to convert isn't really that big of a deal.

Like every civ since Civ 3, it'll get better with time and releases. If you're looking for a worldbuilder, I'm sure there's something in the Steam Workshop that will do the job.

games workshop. the people who own that particular space marine design. right now it's pretty easily recognizable. maybe tweak the backpack so it's less like a heavy bolter backpack... more bulbous looking and organic. remove the aquilla? that i think may be the biggest identifier.
