Honor and dishonor in multiplayer games (and a Godwin analogy)

....so in a way, joint wins are impossible in ffa even when players form alliances. as long as the player on the receiving end had it coming i for an in-game reason, i am cool with it

Honor and dishonor in multiplayer games (and a Godwin analogy)

I agree, but i'd like to amend your first analogy. should read 1. "Anyone who deliberately rolls over and gives away most of his units and/or cities just to deny someone else the win for no in-game reason morally loses the game, as does the player who accepts these gifts." As for the...

    Quick Questions and Answers

bnw. great artist. I've used them fine several times in this game before, but all of a sudden, I can use them to start golden ages but there isn't even an option for creating a great work of art. is this because I am in the atomic age? there are plenty of slots open for them...

    Really really need help

    k. the response from njmfff drives me nuts. 9units early game? yeah right. and you don't even need 9. I am not even joking, you can take out any city with your starting warrior and just one battering ram. maybe build another warrior to be safe. as time goes on you'll need more and more guys...

    Really really need help

like I said I am skeptical of taking any particular path, like a social tree, based on anything but the look of the particular game, but if your going to advocate a policy you've got to either get it right or explain why you recommended it. because it won't let me quote...The A.K.T "i go liberty...

    The "snowball effect"...

as far as a civ being less successful because it's "small" if you mean number of cities, that wouldn't make anysense. first of all because of culture. the smaller civ in terms of cities will do much better culturally.

    The "snowball effect"...

the revolution could result in a new ua, uu or ub. maybe great people as well.but we're getting into customizable civs which although civ fans are going to demand eventually, would require sooo much programming and testing

    The "snowball effect"...

I don't have anyidea what your talking about concerning city states at the end. but I like the idea of bonuses via revolutions for the down and out civ. I've been thinking about the same thing recently. my idea so far, basically, is the civ or civ with the lowest score at certain points would...

Civilization V Strategy Guide - is this advice correct???

okay I've never played as Sweden but maybe.... but imagine if you use your great people to get a steady hold on on all the city states. you then have a late game hold on the word congress, and the rest of the wored. you'll people defending you or giving you tons of cash or luxuries or even...

    Really really need help

k so these guy's have some neat strategies but I think instead of particular moves to make, you could use help looking at the game from a more strategic view if that makes sense. anyways, three things that might be holding you up. first I know you want random civs but unless your proficient in...

Canada. i know i know but think about it....

so, we all know Canada will never be brought into civilization. but regardless, if Canada WERE to be featured in civ, what would its power and two thingies be? I am not sure of exact numbers but my best guess is: A) cities connected to capital receive a culture bonus. B) workers with...
