When I tried to register beyond the sword I was not given an option to pick Beyond the sword. The only Civ choices were civ 4, civ complete and warlords. Beyond the sword was not on the drop down menu provided. I picked Civ 4 and let it go at that.

With a lot of games tuesday is a very typical release date for games video's and movies. Our local Best Buy is getting the game on wednesday. Eb is getting it on tuesday. they usualy charge more than best buy.

All the civ games went though the same multiple patch path. When it's all done it will be a wonderful game. Its a great game now as long as you don't reload a lot on large maps. There were many other games that I purchased that were never patched well. I too would like to know when the patch...

I save and load alot just because I play the game in small segments before and after work.

If you download the latest Nvidia driver's they have a couple of Civ 4 fixs in them.
