Some people have expressed an interest in being able to set an admin password on multiplayer games created with this tool. I've added that as a separate download here.

I am currently unable to comment on the validity of what has been captured in the screenshot, but I will confirm one thing: nobody has contacted me about using the gold hack. It may be possible to have been discovered independently, but I would not have had any involvement in that.

Doesn't have to be that. A civ without access to VP locations can still capture one from, say, Central America. I've done that while playing as the Philippines in AoI v3. The AI has probably mismanaged any civs it controls pretty badly by now, but depending on the difficulty level chosen...

I've actually seen the AI play China competently, even to the point of conquering the entire colonial region on the Asian mainland, plus Taiwan and part of the East Indies. I can't expect that level of performance against skilled human opponents, however.

It should, but only for the Conquests part of it. It won't work in Vanilla or PTW. Why don't you download it and find out? Won't take more than a couple of minutes.
