Thanks bardolph, effectively sometimes a city has nothing to do, and you can even assign it to build a Wonder LOL

But dont you think that building wonders in CivRev is unfairly long compared to Civ? I cant understand how you can afford spending so many turns building a Wonder in such a short game. Can someone tell me where I am wrong?
