Where can you find these hidden achievements you got? I definately got Can't We All Just Get Along? on a duel continents cultural victory.

You can nuke to declare war through the bug. I guess if you want things harder, play on faster settings once you reach deity?

But what do you do when you get stuck with the smaller continent? Say, one with 5 starting civs and yours with 3.

City States are a good idea, but most featured are not true city states - they have local administrative governments on top of the central government. They could always change things around in the future but it is rather telling that they don't have the most influential and famous global cities...

...then does that mean it is not featuring as a full Civilization in upcoming expansions?

Yeah, this is a great idea with the contacted civilizations suggestion. Maybe cultural influence could play a role too?
